Allow images to see this picture. Our family just got bigger!

We recently had the privilege of getting to know some of our extended Wycliffe family during Equip training at Wycliffe USA in Orlando, FL. It was encouraging to meet others sharing the same passion for those still in darkness without God’s Word in their own language. While at Equip, we were challenged and prepared for the task ahead of us.

We have the opportunity to get further training before heading overseas. So, our next adventure is one month in North Carolina this summer focusing on learning and growing in skills that will help us to work on a multicultural team. The Intercultural Communication Course will provide training for issues that are commonly faced by missionaries.

We accepted an offer to serve with Wycliffe on behalf of the Bibleless peoples in Papua New Guinea! PNG has over 800 languages, and more than 300 of those have no Scripture at all! Our assignment is to help with Bible translation and to train Papua New Guineans to translate the Word of God into their own languages.
