We are missionaries with Wycliffe Bible Translators, and we desire to help those who don't have the Bible. Specifically those who don't have it because it has never been translated into their language. We refer to them as the Bibleless, and we believe that they should have the chance to hear the voice of the Son of God and live.
In Papua New Guinea alone, there are about 300 languages that don't have even one verse of Scripture and need a Bible translation to be started. The people who speak these languages every day have been waiting for decades for someone to come and help them to have God's Word. We feel called to help, so our family has accepted a position in Papua New Guinea to help with Bible translation and training Papua New Guineans to translate.
However, we can't do this alone. We need more people like you who will commit to financially partnering with us by giving monthly to our Wycliffe ministry. You can read more about partnership and how our budget works by clicking here.
